Parties of the agreement
The agreement is concluded between the Internet service for the exchange of title units, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, on the one hand, and the Customer, represented by the one who used the services Contractor, on the other hand.
Terms of Agreement
These rules are considered to be organized due to the terms of the public offer, which is formed at the time of submission by the Customer application and is one of the main components of this contract. Public offer refers to those displayed by the performer information about the conditions for applying. The main components of the public offer are the actions taken at the end of the submissionapplications by the Customer and speaking about his exact intentions to make a deal on the terms proposed by the Contractor before completion of this application. Time, date, and parameters of the application are created by the Contractor automatically at the time of completion of the formation of this applications. The offer must be accepted by the Customer within 24 hours from the end of the formation of the application. Service Agreement comes into force from the moment of receipt of the title units in the full amount specified in the application from the Customer to the details of the Contractor. Operations with title units are accounted for in accordance with the rules, regulations and format of electronic settlement systems. Treaty valid for a period that is set from the date of application until termination at the initiative of one of the parties.
Agreement form
This agreement is accepted by both parties, represented by the Contractor and the Customer, as an agreement of equal legal force, indicated in writing.
Complaint Policy
KAIOexchange will always strive to provide quality and professional service and to provide prompt, courteous, helpful, open and informative consultations on each message received. Any existing or potential Client has the right to complain about the Services. Complaints should be directed to KAIOexchange by sending an email to [email protected]. KAIOexchange undertakes to consider the complaint and respond within 15 days from the date of its initial submission. KAIOexchange registers and analyzes all complaints in order to improve the quality of the Services provided.
Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
KAIOexchange and the Client agree that arising between them, disputes will be primarily resolved through mutual negotiations. In such case, the Client should contact KAIOexchange by sending an email describing the problem to [email protected], and KAIOexchange will contact the Client via the email address used for registration, or using other contact details provided by the Client to KAIOexchange in order to gain access to the Platform.
The provision of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction English court.
